Hello! My name is Katie Gettel and I am an elementary teacher at St. Boniface. I was raised in Grafton, WI and I come with a secondary social studies certification and a masters in education from Carroll University. I have wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember. I enjoy teaching with project based learning to keep students engaged in the curriculum and having fun.

In my free time I take care of my two cats Horus and Anubis, visit museums, hang out with friends, play Old School RuneScape with my younger sister and do some crafting. 

I look forward to working with your child this year and help nurture their faith at St. Boniface.
